Personality/Background: Elliot, for as long as he can remember, has always admired the horses who ran in the Melbourne Cup. None more so that the great Phar Lap. He would gather all he could on the famous horses and jockeys from around the world, reading about how they won their races and how the horses were treated. So it came as no surprise that he wanted to be a jockey when he grew up, riding alongside some great horses across the finish line of the Melbourne Cup. His dream came true when, after completing jockey school, he was paired with a three year old horse by the name of Spinpix Stargazer. The two instantly bonded and Elliot found himself a job as Spinpix's personal jockey. It was with Spinpix that Elliot won the Melbourne Cup of that year. Something he had not been expecting considering how new he was to the jockey game.
His family life was one of love and peace. Both his parents are Irish with his father having been born in Ireland and immigrated to Australia when he was young and his mother was born in Australia to Irish immigrants. However, Elliot's shorter size was due to complications during pregnancy and birth. This has never stopped him from living his life to the fullest. Or happily sharing it with his adopted sisters, Camira and Lakkari, twin thylacine morphers.
Speaking of Camira, it was because Elliot accidentally walked in on her in her true thylacine form when Lakkari was out with her friends one day (and she was so fearful because of it) that he decided to get himself an animal form to make her feel better in herself. With his parents permission, he was allowed to chose the morph that he wished to become. And he surprised everyone when he chose to become a thylacoleo and not a horse. The reasoning behind this, again, was so that both of his sisters didn't feel left out in being the only 'extinct' animals known to the family at the time. Although, Elliot quickly came to love his new morph. And he was able to get closer to both sisters because of it, so he thought of it as a win-win situation.
Elliot often wants to please everyone. That's not to say he doesn't understand that he can't please everyone at the same time, however, and often tries to compromise a lot if ever things don't turn out how he hoped. In fact, he's kind of like a teddy bear, soft and caring and gives the best hugs (according to friends and family). Of course, also like a bear, he can be quite protective at times and you really don't want to get him mad for any reason. For when he gets mad, he can really fight for what he believes is right. Something a lot of the other Rebels Ancient members have to learn the hard way after he and Camira join the group. One thing s for sure, though; you have a friend for life in Elliot.
And it was his warm personality and protective nature that attracted one Nancy Monaghan, a fellow horse lover and trainer, to the thylacoleo morpher. Even though they worked together, the two got quite personal with each other and eventually became partners. Of course, Elliot and Nancy both liked to make sure that they maintained a professional look during work hours. And the two respected each others views and lifestyles, with Nancy even thinking that Elliot's morph was kind of cute. But it was nearly two years later that Elliot plucked up the courage to ask Nancy to marry him, to which she happily flung herself into his arms as a way of saying yes. Not long after the wedding, their first born son, Spencer, came into the world followed by his brother, Charlie, almost two years later. Both boys gaining a love for horses with Spencer growing to become a stablemaster, housing and caring for horses and giving out horse riding lessons, and Charlie following his father's footsteps and becoming a jockey himself.
