Distinct Features:
Personality/Background: Felix is the older of a set of twins, his younger sister being Krystal, another Dire wolf morpher. In fact, Krystal often went to her older brother for many things including comfort, support and just generally wanting to either coax him to do things or else bug him to no end over things. This bond between the two also lead Felix to worry that Krystal's need to be outside would force her into some kind of trouble. As such, he often followed her on her various adventures. Don't get him wrong, he always enjoyed them and the company he was in, but he was also the one to eventually drag his sister back to their parents or wherever they were staying.
No one acutally knows how Felix and his sister gained their dire wolf morphs. Not even their parents. Felix, being the more superstitious of the twins, seems to think that they gained their morphs from identical wolf pendants that the twins got when they were fifteen and were on a trip to America with their parents for their birthday. Every time he mentions it, and Krystal happens to be within earshot, the younger twin always rolls her eyes at the thought. Krystal believes that the morphs emerged due to having some kind of blood link to Native Americans. She says this because she knows that her mother is half American (her grandfather being an American Soldier who fought in World War II and decided to stay in Australia after leaving the American Defence Forces), Krystal's just not sure about if her grandfather had Native American blood in him as he didn't really speak about his American life to his family before his death. Even more is that no one can understand how Felix's morph is a grey colour instead of his natural brown hair colour as seen in his human form. Regardless of how he got his morph, and what it looks like, Felix loves being a dire wolf and the freedom that comes with it.
It is actually because of his morph and his love for the outdoors that Felix was able to find a job as a ranger for the nearby nature reserve and camping grounds once he had finished with his studies. The rest of the Rebels thought it was amazing as they had an 'insider' who could tell them all of the secret nooks and crannies of the place that they could trudge around in. And Felix gladly let them go, on one condition; they did not trash the place while they were there. It was a respected rule by all the Rebels members, with some of the dinosaur morphers even going as far as to try and hide their footprints. But the one thing that stuck, to Felix at least, was not what his friends were doing (although that was important, too). It was the fact that he had met the love of his life in fellow ranger Summer Landon.
How they met was hilarious, at least that's how other members of the Rebels saw it. Felix had been going around the park in his dire wolf form, checking for any dangerous scents, when Summer had appeared with a net gun and trapped him in it. She had even called senior rangers once she had done the deed to complain about stray and foreign animals being released into the park. Felix had been too stunned with what was going on to correct her. When their superiors arrived, they couldn't contain their laughter. But somehow they managed to get out the fact that Felix was no harm to the park, help the dire wolf morpher out of the net and get him to revert back to human form, and introduce the two rangers to each other.
Things only got better from there for Felix. After realising the situation, Summer was quite lovely towards Felix and the two started going out. It was Summer who had asked Felix out the first time only because the dire wolf morpher had had no luck in asking her through no fault of his own. But soon Felix found himself standing at the end of the church aisle watching as Summer took the steps towards him in a glistening white gown. And before he knew it, Felix had been married for five years and was expecting his first child. Oberon was named by his father in the hopes that he grew up to be a strong, healthy and kind boy as he was born prematurely due to health concerns for Summer. In fact, as he grew up, Felix couldn't be more prouder of the boy.
Felix's second and last child, a boy Summer named Dorien, came as a surprise to everyone. He was born not long after his uncle Forix had passed on, during a time when his aunt and many cousins had moved back into Argetgarm City from the Wolf Pack. That meant that not only did Felix have to juggle work, looking after a family with a ten year old, and help his sister and her family re-establish themselves after their loss and move, but he now had a newborn to take care of as well. No one blamed him when, a week after Dorien had come home from the hospital, Felix took a group of his Rebels friends to the local pub and shouted them all to drinks. Of course, he was sensible and only allowed himself to get everyone (including himself) one alcoholic drink for the entire night, but any non-alcoholic drinks after that first drink, he was more than happy to pay for. It was obvious that he needed to reset, because the next day he was back at it and managing to be there for everyone who needed him.
Although, Felix was surprised when, at the age of six, young Dorien transformed into a dire wolf right in front of his eyes, alerting everyone to the fact that the morphs Felix and Krystal had gotten as teenagers were able to be passed down. Of course, Felix didn't have any major qualms about the discovery. He made sure to love both of his boys equally regardless of if they had an animal form or not.
