Personality/Background: As a child, Mikon was raised with a tremendous amount of love from both of his parents as well as his grandparents. He was particularly fond of his grandfather's stories of the sea - his grandfather once being a naval officer and then retired into a seaman's life. Sadly, the stories came to an abrupt end on the 18th Septeber of the year 1998 when his grandfather was taking both him and his mother out for a day on the water when he was six. A storm had rolled quickly upon the Tigon Trix - his grandfather's boat - and it capsized against the side of the cliffs that marked the edge of Lone Drover's Pass. Though all three bodies were pulled from the water, only one survived... and it was thanks to the Haythens that Mikon lived. If Vapour hadn't had been on the beach at the time and called for help before rushing into the ocean herself, Mikon would not have survived. To this day, Mikon doesn't remember what happened after he was dragged from the ocean, only that he had woken up in the emergency room of Argetgarm Hospital scared and crying for his parents.
His fear worsened when both his father and grandmother rushed to his side and started crying and cradling his head in their hands. The news of his mother's and grandfather's deaths only came to him after he practically demanded to know where they were. At the time, the news was too much for the young boy to handle and he blacked out once more where he was visited by his mother and grandfather in a dream. The two spirits told him to keep strong and that they would always be watching him, but his grandfather also told he to keep smiling, something that little Mikon kept in his heart until the day he died. Unfortunately, his mother and his grandfather were not the only ones that were lost during the accident. Mikon lost a baby sister that day. She was due to be born in the following January.
It was almost three years before Mikon was able to pull himself from his depressive state, during which time his fear of water made it extremely difficult for him to bathe and even to drink at times, but the day he decided that he had mourned enough for his mother and grandfather was the day that his father took him to get an animal morph. It was a surprise morph for everyone involved, so no one knew that he had been given the morph of a tigon until Mikon had transformed for the first time. As soon as Mikon realised what it was he had been given, he burst into tears once more as the memory of the accident emerged from the depths of his memories. If it weren't for his grandmother's strict orders to accept what had happened and take the form as a memorial of sorts, Mikon would have, more than likely, fallen back into depression. With both his grandmother's and his grandfather's words plaguing his mind after that day, he quickly discovered that laughter and magic were much better options than sitting around moping about a past that cannot be changed.
Often, after school, Mikon would try and practice magic tricks that he learnt from books and the internet, but more often than not, they would end up failing and he would find himself laughing at his failure. So he decided to turn his failed magic tricks into a comedy routine. And the best audience for him to practice with was his father and grandmother, and later his father's new girlfriend, Jennifer. A few days after he had perfected his new comedy routine, a new boy arrived at the school along side his two sisters. This boy's name was Leo and he was quite shy towards everyone in Zolo's group, the same group that Mikon was a part of, so Mikon decided to put his new found interest to the test. The comedy routine was an instant hit and Leo and Mikon were quick to become the best of friends. In fact, it was thanks to his friendship with Leo that Mikon met his only girlfriend, Leo's older sister Ashley.
Mikon and Ashley were together for nearly eighteen months before Ashley suddenly disappeared. As soon as Mikon found out about her disappearance, his whole personailty seemed to change and he gained a strong sense of protection for his girlfriend. He even threatened Lynk Haythen once he found out that it had been him who had kidnapped Ashley, despite Lynk having no recollection of the deed. Needless to say, Mikon was part of the rescue mission to get not only Ashley but also Kaygis Valore back from mortal peril. During the rescue mission, however, Mikon lost his life thanks to an angered dragon loosing stalactites from the cave they were in and the stalactites impaling him. His death was a hard blow for his father who was still trying to pick up the pieces of his life from the deaths of his first wife and his father and it came just days after the family had found out that Mikon's step-mother was pregnant with her first first child.
